The LPN/LVN will provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and monitoring physical and emotional status. They will also assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
Candidates must hold a current LVN/LPN license to practice in the state and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in a skilled nursing facility and familiarity with PointClickCare are preferred.
