As a Certified Nursing Assistant, the primary role is to prioritize resident service and ensure the highest quality of care for residents and their families under the direction of a licensed nurse. This involves delivering essential nursing care for personal needs and comfort, including assisting with Activities of Daily Living, ambulation, transfers, and supporting licensed nurses with treatments.
Candidates must successfully complete a state-approved certified nursing assistant program and possess current CNA certification, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge or a willingness to learn is also required for this role.
