About the Role: Home Health Aide
As a Home Health Aide, you’ll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Wesley at Home.
Assist patients in an assigned territory within our 16 county service area by traveling in all weather conditions.
Communicates with clients before performing tasks so clients are well informed and comfortable before each activity. Engages in friendly and appropriate conversation with clients while providing service
Performs or assists clients with bathing in bed, tub, or shower; dressing; transfers; ambulation; range of motion exercises; oral hygiene; toilet needs; non-sterile dressing changes; and other miscellaneous activities of daily living (ADL).
• Fulltime - Minimum of 30 hours per week
