The Direct Support Professional will assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in completing everyday living tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, and achieving personal goals within a group home environment. Responsibilities also include transporting clients, planning schedules, and maintaining daily documentation in the electronic health system.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate basic knowledge of housekeeping, nutrition, and safety protocols. Required skills include strong interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, dependability, and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll play a critical role in carrying out that mission by helping people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals living in our group home in Zebulon, NC.
Full-time: Wednesday from 4pm till Saturday at 8am. Total hours each week would be 40hrs. You are required to stay on site for the duration of your shift & clock out to sleep each night for 8hrs. In the event you had to get up in the night to assist a resident you would be compensated for your time.
