The clinician will maintain an assigned caseload, providing direct patient care which includes assessments, individual counseling, group facilitation, treatment planning, and discharge planning. Responsibilities also involve maintaining professional medical records, connecting patients with aftercare services, and participating in all required unit and facility meetings.
Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in a relevant clinical field and ideally hold an independent license such as LADC1, LICSW, or LMHC. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of one year of substance use/mental health counseling experience, three years of post-licensure clinical supervisory experience, and five years of behavioral health experience.
