The practitioner will provide community and home-based mental health treatment services to youth, adolescents, and families, including completing comprehensive assessments and intake procedures. Responsibilities also involve offering a full range of case management, counseling, advocacy, educational services, and recommending financial assistance when necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited institution. Required abilities include maintaining assigned community and home-based services and working effectively with diverse populations, with bilingual skills in Spanish/English being preferred.

We are now hiring for a full-time Mental Health Practitioner at our South Chicago Center!
The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $56,000 and $66,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level. Of note, is that candidates possessing an LSW, LPC, LCSW, or LCPC may be considered for a possible starting salary up to $76,000.
• Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and background checks.
• Driving for work required with transportation of clients in personally owned vehicle.
• While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing and viewing a computer terminal. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
