Provides mental health and recovery support to clients and families through case management, community resource navigation, and outreach. Collaborates with a team to facilitate skill-building, medication monitoring, and transitions in care.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and lived experience in recovery from mental health or substance abuse systems. A Bachelor's degree or CRSS certification is preferred.

We are now hiring for a full-time Recovery Support Specialist to join our South Chicago office.
The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $43,000 and $45,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.
• Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and criminal background checks.
• Driving for work required with transportation of clients preferred in a personally owned vehicle. Travel between sites not required.
