The Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) will provide nursing and medical services focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and management of acute and chronic diseases. Responsibilities include rounding on inpatients for a busy consulting hepatology service, managing both transplant and non-transplant hepatology patients, and working autonomously or collaboratively.
Applicants must possess current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida, with APRNs requiring Adult Gerontology Acute Care or Acute Care board certification. Experience in Gastroenterology or Hepatology is preferred for this role.
Current licensure as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Florida. Adult Gerontology Acute Care or Acute Care board certification required for APRNs. GI or hepatology experience preferred.
