LPN Crisis Care -Part Time nights

What you should know about the lpn crisis care role

• This is a driving position serving the Dayton and Springfield area
• Travel between patient homes or facilities is required based on patient needs
• Part-time overnight schedule: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• You will provide 1:1 bedside care for hospice patients who are actively declining
• The focus of this role is comfort care and support for both patients and families

The LPN Crisis Care Essential Duties Are

We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The Crisis Care LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You could provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.

LPN Qualifications

• Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• CPR Certified.
• Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
• Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather.
• Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
• State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
