The Personal Care Provider assists participants with non-skilled activities of daily living (ADL's) and independent activities of daily living (IADL's) both in the home and at the Day Center, ensuring a safe environment. This role also involves functioning as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, completing necessary documentation, and reporting changes in participant condition to the supervisor.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, means of transportation, and active CPR/First Aid Certification are mandatory requirements.

Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization.
$18.50 - $22.50 per hour, based on previous work experience.
Fulltime, 8–10-hour shifts, days and times will vary, occasional weekend shifts.
The Personal Care Provider is responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living and supportive care necessary to the preservation of assisting participant’s in living independently in the community. Assists in providing a safe environment for the participants of Senior CommUnity Care. Functions as a member of Interdisciplinary Team.
