The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans for various diagnoses within the Carbondale Clinic. Key duties include improving patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function, alongside educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and current Colorado PT licensure (DORA). A minimum of one year of PT experience is required, though 3-5 years is preferred, along with current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Western Colorado’s premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Full-time Physical Therapist to provide Physical Therapy care in our Carbondale Clinic. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients’ strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You’ll also educate patients and caregivers on appropriate home exercise programs.

This is full time position in our Carbondale Clinic located in Carbondale, CO!
4 10-hour days per week.
