The Occupational Therapy Assistant treats patients under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist for issues related to mobility, cognition, function, and activities of daily living. The OTA also conducts in-services for caregivers and facility staff on restorative and functional maintenance programs.
Candidates must be licensed in the state(s) where services are provided as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and must adhere to all licensure and certification standards. Essential functions include treating patients per the care plan, maintaining professional documentation, and achieving productivity standards.

Requirements: What You’ll Do:
Provide treatment per established care plans Collaborate with OTRs, families, and care teams Maintain accurate electronic documentation Educate staff and families on care programs
Active COTA license in the state of practice (new graduates encouraged to apply) Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
