The Licensed Clinician will provide direct, compassionate, trauma-informed mental health services to individuals and their families while coordinating care with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies. This role involves supporting treatment planning using the Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS) to promote independence and successful transitions.
Candidates must possess an active, valid license as an LICSW or LMHC with the WA Board of Behavioral Sciences and hold a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences. A minimum of one year of post-master’s direct service experience working with individuals experiencing mental illness is required.
As a Licensed Clinician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey by delivering compassionate, trauma-informed mental health services in a collaborative, recovery-centered environment. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary team members and community partners to ensure individuals receive coordinated, high-quality care that supports stability, dignity, and long-term recovery.
This role is on-site, depending on program needs.
Telecare applies geographic pay differentials. Compensation is based on location and relevant experience above minimum requirements.
