Licensed Professional Nurses will provide exceptional and compassionate care to residents, which includes administering medications and treatments while monitoring vital signs and overall health status. They must collaborate effectively with nurses, CNAs, and medical staff to ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
Candidates must possess an active LPN License in Pennsylvania and hold or be willing to obtain CPR/BLS Certification. A strong passion for caring for seniors and the ability to function effectively as part of a team are also essential requirements.
