The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare to individuals and families across the lifespan, offering primary medical services, evaluating and treating acute conditions, and conducting physical examinations. This role also involves arranging follow-up care, providing patient education, interfacing with the community, and maintaining required case records.
Candidates must possess a current California licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner and pass an Occupational Health Screening, I-9 verification, and possess a clean DMV driving record for insurance eligibility. One year of supervisory experience in an ambulatory clinic and a current BLS/ALS certificate are preferred.
