The Lab Assistant – Float will perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures and ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling. They will also complete specimen receiving and processing, interact with clinical staff, and perform clerical duties.
A high school diploma is required, along with 6 months of phlebotomy and specimen processing experience. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program is preferred.
