The therapist will provide in-home family counseling, support, and crisis intervention to a small caseload of 5-6 families using evidence-based clinical modalities like MST and cognitive behavioral interventions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with various stakeholders and advocating for families in court or probation meetings.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree and have previous experience with family therapy or in-home counseling with youth and families, along with a flexible schedule that includes some evening and occasional weekend work. Knowledge of the Juvenile Justice System and experience in an ACS preventive program are considered advantageous.
Master’s degree required. MSW, MFT, MHC or related degree preferred.
