The role also involves supporting life skills development, community engagement, and completing necessary documentation.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license, although similar experience is preferred but not strictly required as paid training is provided. The position is mission-driven, requiring compassionate and reliable individuals to serve as mentors, coaches, and advocates.
