One California Job Summary and Responsibilities RN Transitional Fellowship - Coronary Care Dignity Health Marian Regional Medical Center Start Date: August 3, 2026 Our transitional fellowship programs have been created to assist in the professional development of nurses who have not worked in acute care, have had a break from acute care or are seeking to change specialties in nursing.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.

You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.

Utilizes the nursing process to provide safe therapeutic care for patients Assessment Planning Implementation Evaluation Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet educational and discharge needs of the patients.

Job Requirements Required Registered Nurse with current California License required 1+ years of RN experience Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days Pediatric Advanced Life Support - PALS, within 30 Days Additional Certifications to be required based on department requirements.

Must be able to complete entire program with perfect attendance record Must be able to work 3 days per week after completing the first 12 weeks of residency Must be able to work or train on either night or day shifts, including holidays Must agree to the terms and conditions of the program.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current California License and possess at least one year of RN experience. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 30 days of starting, along with an agreement to maintain perfect attendance throughout the program.
