• The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system.
• Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities.
• This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

• The Phlebotomy Services Tech is responsible for collection and processing of blood samples and other specimens as defined by site.
• Provides a high level of customer service for lab inquiries, testrequirements, and other laboratory information.

• The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system.
• Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities.
• This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
• Enterprise Pool 1: Base rate + $1.50/Hr.
• Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units.
• Enterprise Pool 2: Base rate + $3.00/Hr.
• Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials Assigned to one of four zones.
• Zone is determined based on your home location.
• Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.

PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility Job Requirements In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: High School Diploma or GED- Required Completion of a phlebotomy course- preferred 1 year Phlebotomy experience- preferred Phlebotomy certification, such as PBT(ASCP) or equivalent certification- preferred Physical RequirementsLight Work - exert/lift up to 20 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently Location- This position would be working our South Denver facilities which include 3 facilities in Colorado Springs, St. Mary Corwin, and St. Thomas More
