The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families by implementing a plan of care based on patient needs identified through assessment and physician orders. This role requires adherence to professional standards, including the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice and the organization's Patient & Family Centered Care model.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license and have either a Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; no prior experience is required for this position. The nurse must support the organization's mission and incorporate established professional practice models into their delivery of care.
