Licensed Practical Nurses are responsible for providing high-quality resident care with compassion and skill, which includes administering medications, completing necessary documentation, and conducting patient assessments. They also coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members while supervising and supporting resident care staff.
Candidates must be a graduate of an approved nursing school and possess a current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing, coupled with a commitment to excellence and a caring attitude. The role requires dedication to making a real impact in the lives of residents daily.
