As the Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, assisting families in providing them with the necessary care and resources needed. SALARY: $50,000
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Associate degree and possess some experience in case management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in Spanish are strongly preferred.
