Homes for the Homeless (HFH) is searching for an experienced Client Care Coordinator for our Families w/ Children facility in the Soundview area of the Bronx.
As the Client Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by providing mental health and related services for homeless families.
Our ideal candidate will enhance existing services to include a thorough assessment of families’ long-term goals at intake and collaborate with the case management staff to set achievable goals and establish linkages within the community to ensure the family’s success.

HOURS: 17 hours /week
$40.66 an hour
Candidates must possess a master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and hold an active LMSW or LMHC license in New York. Experience with vulnerable populations, trauma, and mental health conditions is required.
