Homes for the Homeless (HFH) is searching for an experienced Client Care Coordinator for our Families w/ Children facility in the Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan.
As the Client Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by providing mental health and related services for homeless families.
Our ideal candidate will enhance existing services to include a thorough assessment of families’ long-term goals at intake and collaborate with the case management staff to set achievable goals and establish linkages within the community to ensure the family’s success.

HOURS: 17 hours /week
$40.66 an hour
Candidates must possess a master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and hold an active LMSW or LMHC license in New York. Experience or familiarity with trauma, substance use, and working with vulnerable populations is required.
