The Direct Support Professional will support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, while also assisting with medical-related care including catheter placement and wound management. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe living environment and collaborating with healthcare staff to deliver holistic care.
Applicants must be 21 years or older, possess a valid driver's license with insurance, and be able to understand, read, write, and speak English. While one year of experience in a medical or caregiving setting is preferred, it is not required, though experience with catheter care and wound management is highly beneficial.
