The role involves championing individualized care by implementing and monitoring comprehensive care plans to achieve superior patient outcomes. The nurse will also lead the patient experience by coordinating across all disciplines and ensuring constant communication.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing prior to the hire date and a Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at hire. A BLS Provider certification is required within one month of the hire or transfer date.

Lead a seamless patient experience by acting as the primary point of coordination across all disciplines, ensuring that care is well-integrated and communication remains constant. Drive safety and clinical excellence by accurately interpreting and carrying out medical orders, serving as a vigilant partner in the execution of the patient’s overall treatment strategy. Empower a successful recovery by collaborating with the care team to assess discharge needs, ensuring patients and their families are fully prepared and confident for their transition home.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
