Trinity Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis in Suffolk, VA. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve their daily living skills.
Provide occupational therapy services as outlined in the patient’s plan of care Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans Assist patients in improving functional abilities and independence in daily activities Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
