The Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process for patient care, maintaining accurate records, documenting comprehensive assessments, and initiating plans of care in communication with allied providers. This role also involves demonstrating proficiency in the charge nurse role and acting as a resource person for patient care, orientation, and staff teaching.
Candidates must be currently licensed Registered Nurses in Massachusetts, hold current BLS and ACLS certifications, and pass specific CCHC exams prior to starting. A minimum of two years of nursing experience within the last five years in areas like Critical Care, ED, PACU, or Acute Cardiac Stepdown is required.
