The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will execute duties under the direction of the operative surgeon. This role requires the ability to interpret patient data based on age-specific needs to provide appropriate care for the patient group.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist Program and hold current Nurse Anesthetist License and Certification, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience specifically with ophthalmology anesthesia is required, including the ability to perform orbital regional anesthesia.
