Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have a minimum of two years of administrative experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Essential qualifications include strong computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM, high dependability, organization, and outstanding interpersonal skills necessary for effective communication.

The role is based out of both our Kenwood and Eastgate ASC locations.
Coordinates activities throughout the ASCs to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy. Provides administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly. Supports the Director of Nursing and the Nurse Manager with a range of organizational and communication responsibilities. Reviews, corrects, and approves timesheets for staff members weekly. Approves time off requests. Manages credentialing of all Ophthalmologists, Anesthesiologists, and CRNA's. Manages all new employee files, making sure all documentation is up to date. Completes CMS reporting/ OASCAHPS reporting. Performs various office tasks as required. Ensures that charges and payments balance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Completes the use tax reports for both ASC locations at the end of every quarter. Coordinates employee engagement events. Reconciles credit card statements and process accounts payable invoices. Manages vendor accounts, follow up with invoices, ensure accurate billing and making sure all accounts are being paid and up to date, handle any billing discrepancies. Manages documents including w-9 forms for all new vendors, new vendor account set up, process/ scan invoices, approve all invoices/packing slips. Ensures all employees complete their learning, and all certifications are appropriately filed. Ability to interact effectively via phone and email to ensure that all Administrative Assistant tasks are performed properly, with high quality, and on schedule.
