The Assistant will be responsible for hosting daily activities, providing safe transportation for residents using the community vehicle, and educating team members on personalized activity opportunities. They must also welcome new residents, decorate for events, document activities, and ensure compliance with resident rights regulations.
Candidates must possess a compassionate spirit and enthusiasm for senior care, along with at least one year of experience in a similar role; a degree in psychology or kinesiology is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license with a clean record and basic computer skills are mandatory.
