The Activities Assistant will collaborate with the Activities Director to plan and deliver engaging activities, while also documenting resident responses to support individualized care plans. Duties include assisting with material preparation, resident transportation, and coordinating with other departments.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid standard driver's license and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone. At least one year of related experience is preferred, and CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory.
