The primary role involves assisting clients in developing physical, social, emotional, and daily life skills to increase independence and appropriate community functioning through one-to-one or group training, crisis intervention, and behavior management. Responsibilities also include planning and implementing recreational, social, and educational activities, and assisting clients with personal hygiene and daily living skills like budgeting and meal preparation.
Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate's degree or at least two years of experience working with substance abuse, mental health, homeless, or re-entry populations. Required attributes include strong written and verbal communication, good customer service skills, high organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

skills; must be able to engage hard to reach families and understand trauma informed strength-based work.; must be sensitive

Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work assignments, and maintain confidentiality. Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
