Under the supervision of the Director of Nurses, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents primarily for their activities of daily living, assistance with therapeutic and restorative programs, and required documentation. Key accountabilities include assisting residents with personal care tasks, recording vital signs, maintaining resident rooms, and promptly responding to call lights.
Candidates must possess a current State of Texas Certified Nurse Assistant license and maintain a valid driver's license with automobile insurance and access to a vehicle. The role requires the physical ability to push a minimum of 200 lbs for a minimum distance of 200 ft.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nurses, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct care to residents in a 24 hour operation, primarily for their activities of daily living, assistance with therapeutic activities program, restorative programs, documentation as required by the facility.
Porter Full Time (Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm) $17.50/HR + $50 gas stipend 20+ miles
CNA Full Time or Part Time (Monday Thru Friday 6:00am-6:00pm)
LVN or RN PRN 10:00pm-6:00am
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant PRN
RN Wellness PRN (Weekdays only 8:00am - 4:00pm)
