Qualified Respiratory Therapists will float throughout the hospital or multiple locations/regions, incorporating standard professional practice elements per AARC guidelines while acting independently within their scope of knowledge. They must retain accountability for their decisions and outcomes, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to quality improvement practices.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited two-year advanced practitioner Respiratory Therapist program and hold current CRT and/or RRT credentials, along with any required state licensure. Necessary skills include strong interpersonal and analytical abilities, plus basic computer proficiency in a Windows environment.
