The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, providing physical and emotional support, integrated healthcare recommendations, and behavioral interventions. Responsibilities also include providing transportation for appointments, assisting with home management, and fostering positive client relationships.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, pass a background check, and possess at least one year of experience supporting an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). A valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are also mandatory.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and helping them achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. DSP's must be patient, dependable and passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.
Ideal candidates are open to shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Paid training is provided.
Work Locations: TERREBONNE/CRR, REDMOND, BEND, SISTERS, MADRAS, PRINEVILLE, SUNRIVER, LA PINE (depending on your preference)
