The DSP will assist clients with daily living activities, including physical and emotional support, healthcare recommendations, and behavioral interventions, while promoting independence and helping them achieve personal goals. Responsibilities also include providing transportation for appointments, fostering positive self-esteem, and assisting with general housekeeping and personal care.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check, requiring over one year of experience supporting an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Applicants must also possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and flexible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and helping them achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment. DSP's must be patient, dependable and passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.
Ideal candidates are open to shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. Paid training is provided.
Work Locations: TERREBONNE/CRR, REDMOND, BEND, SISTERS, MADRAS, PRINEVILLE, SUNRIVER, LA PINE (depending on your preference)
