Responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate care such as hygiene and feeding, monitoring vital signs, supporting respiratory care equipment, and maintaining patient safety.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and must be certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or provide documentation of nursing fundamentals, supervised clinical experience, and competency testing. Qualification also requires passing a required written competency test for certification and being listed on the Illinois Department of Public Health website.

Pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-specific requirements, individual experience, internal pay equity, and organizational needs/budget considerations, all in alignment with our RML's compensation philosophy. Additionally, you may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on both individual and organizational performance.

This role is eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus and is subject to the terms and conditions of the offer. Bonuses will be pro-rated for positions less than full-time (0.9 FTE). Registry positions are not bonus-eligible. Rehires and current employees are not eligible.
