The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating residents to determine their physical therapy needs and to establish treatment plans. They also supervise treatment implementation and provide discharge planning to ensure residents achieve maximum independence.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and an active state license. Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills are essential for this role.
