The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans while helping patients regain independence in daily living tasks. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must have an active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license and strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. A passion for working with older adults in a skilled nursing setting is also required.
