CHHN provides in-home, skilled and unskilled services to seniors, older adults, and those who are disabled. Execute and carryout patient's goals as specified by OT Provide effective treatments that help improve patients motion and mobility Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Document patient progress and care services Qualifications Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license (required) 1+ years of OTA experience Knowledge of EMR systems, MS Office and comfortable working with computers and mobile devices Great interpersonal and communication skills A heart for providing the best care to our community
