As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities and promote their independence. You will also support recreational and life-skills programming while ensuring a safe and respectful environment.
Candidates should be compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow in a caregiving role. Prior caregiving or human services experience is preferred but not required.

Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meals, and mobility. Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and participation in community activities. Support recreational, social, and life-skills programming. Follow individualized support plans and ensure a safe, respectful environment. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members. Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals served.
