Deliver compassionate bedside care prioritizing resident dignity and comfort while collaborating with RNs and physicians to implement personalized care plans. Champion patient safety through health monitoring, observing condition changes, and accurately administering medications for stable recovery.
Candidates must possess a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to the hire date and obtain BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire. A minimum requirement includes a High School diploma equivalency or one year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Champion patient safety and health monitoring by observing subtle changes in condition and administering medications accurately to ensure stable, effective recovery. Guide and empower families through clear education on treatment plans and post-discharge self-care, serving as a vital bridge to community resources and holistic wellness. Maintain a secure healing environment by proactively identifying safety hazards and taking immediate, decisive action during emergency situations to protect our residents.
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date, required.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
