How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate bedside care that prioritizes resident dignity and comfort while working seamlessly with RNs and physicians to execute personalized care plans. Champion patient safety and health monitoring by observing subtle changes in condition and administering medications accurately to ensure stable, effective recovery. Guide and empower families through clear education on treatment plans and post-discharge self-care, serving as a vital bridge to community resources and holistic wellness. Maintain a secure healing environment by proactively identifying safety hazards and taking immediate, decisive action during emergency situations to protect our residents.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date, required.
