The Registered Nurse coordinates and provides care by utilizing the nursing process, which forms the foundation for decision-making to partner with patients and families to attain, maintain, and restore health. Responsibilities include assessing the patient, developing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care, administering medications, and providing necessary health education.
The minimum requirement is an RN license and obtaining a BLS Certification within 14 days of hire. Computer literacy is listed as a preferred skill, and no specific experience level is explicitly required or preferred.
