The nurse will use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret, and monitor patient conditions, acting as a patient advocate and notifying appropriate personnel of changes. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the team, discussing healthcare with patients, and ensuring proper maintenance of clinical records.
Candidates must possess a current and unrestricted RN license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program, with a preference for three years of RN experience, ideally including home care and exceptional IV skills. Successful candidates must also maintain current CPR certification, pass background checks, and drug tests.
