The pharmacist will interpret and evaluate medication orders, preparing and dispensing medications to patients and staff while verifying accuracy and appropriateness of orders. Responsibilities also include resolving drug therapy problems, participating in rounds, and overseeing the activities of technicians, interns, and students.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and hold an active New Mexico Board of Pharmacy License. A minimum of less than one year of experience in pharmacy practice is required to demonstrate the necessary skills for evaluating medication orders.

As a PRN Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing safe, effective, and cost-efficient pharmaceutical care. You will interpret medication orders, dispense pharmaceuticals, and collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes in an acute care hospital setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). Active, unrestricted license from the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy.
