Job Summary Provide occupational therapy interventions under OT supervision to help patients improve ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, and use of adaptive equipment; document care and progress accurately; and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled OT treatments (therapeutic activities, ADL/self-care training, functional mobility, energy conservation) per OT plan of care. Instruct patients/caregivers on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs; reinforce safety and compensatory strategies. Observe, measure, and document progress; report changes to supervising OT and suggest plan updates. Prepare treatment areas and equipment; ensure infection prevention and safe body mechanics. Coordinate with nursing, PT, SLP, and case management for smooth care transitions. Job Qualifications Required Accredited COTA program graduate; Arkansas COTA license (or eligibility). BLS; strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred 6+ months inpatient or outpatient rehab experience; comfort with EHR/EMR.
