The COTA will provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT, helping patients improve their activities of daily living and functional mobility. Responsibilities include documenting care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and preparing treatment areas.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited COTA program and hold an Arkansas COTA license. Strong communication skills and BLS certification are required, with preferred experience in inpatient or outpatient rehab settings.
