• Include: Implementing treatment plans designed by an OTR Supporting residents in improving functional abilities such as mobility, dressing, grooming, and ADL participation Documenting progress and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team Providing therapy services within skilled nursing, assisted living, and potentially home-based settings
