Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric residents, developing individualized treatment plans to enhance mobility and functional independence. Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to ensure patient-centered outcomes and educate residents and families on safe techniques.
Candidates must have a current Wisconsin PT license and strong clinical skills, particularly in working with older adults. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, along with a positive attitude, are essential.
